Pearson 35, perhaps the best boat for Florida and the Bahamas. This fully equipped live aboard is ready to go! As a matter of fact I did, last year to George Town (and won both races in the Regatta) after a major refit, which included new Maxwell windlass and ground tackle, new Frigaboat refrigeration and new hot water tank with in-cockpit shower. She has raw water wash-down in cockpit and bow, Yanmar 3GM and fresh sails. 2-Solar panels and 4 Golf cart batteries with AC inverter provide plenty of power. Custom stern swim ladder, thru bolted hand rails, Douglas fir plank sole, hand made Honduras mahogany fold-up table and cabin doors! Too much to list.
