DESCRIPTION:

Selling my 1972 Irwin Ketch. She went through an existence refit during 2024 and continued upgrades. New bottom job. New stearing cables. Freshwater system is all new. Electrical upgrades. All new Dyneema standing rigging. Brand new speeders. New LED mast light, steaming light. Onboard AC. 3’ 11” draft. 11’6” beam
Just installed a brand new Sea Water Pro that makes 17-20 gph of water. Can hold 100 gallons of fresh water onboard. 80g fuel. New isotherm refrigeration system. Completely rebuilt Perkins 4-107 that runs beautifully. Full set of sails including a Yanky and Spinnaker.
Custom full Enclosure, stack packs, covers for hatches, so much more. 600 watts of solar. 600 amph’s of lithium batteries 3000 watt inverter tied into ships power. 49lb Bruce on 100’ of 3/8” chain in its own locker. Danford on 20’ 5/16 to 100’ of rode in its own locker. Both ready to deploy. So much has been done to this ship to make her ready to cross over to the Bahamas. You could leave today.
She is a very comfortable ship.

Comes with 9.2’ 2022 Highfield tender with chaps along with a 2023 6hp Tohatsu outboard.
