1972 39 ft Ericson sailboat

1972 Flush deck cruiser-recently undergone 2 year restoration-including awlgripping deck and all hardware replaced and rebedded. In its days boat was a high end racer/cruiser with full keel and encapsuled 9500 lb s lead-been on hard in storage over 10 years-has a 2004 3 cyl, 40hp yanmar(little use) which runs excellent. Has new aluminum fuel tank, new interior headliner with insulation, varnished mahogany interior with salon and cockpit cushions. Bottom was barrier coated prior, and 2 new coats of paint in Dec 24. Has 11.3 ft beam, and 6 ft draft. Located in Heritage/Riverside Boatyard in Ft Pierce, a DIY boatyard.
