This sailboat has been maintained and her bottom cleaned monthly. She is slipped at shoreline marina in Long Beach and slip is 475 mo. You can transfer. spacious cabin can sleep 4-6 with well equipped Gally w/ 2 burner Alcohol stove , plug in for hot griddle, presurized fresh water, two stainless steel sinks , oversized ice box. The Head has manual toilet and can use to be replaced but still works.(replacement cost 145) . stainless steel standing rigging , delta anchor &rode w/ one extra delta anchor , HarkinReller furlingfor headsail, cabin mountaed lunior travel system , communication device , spinnaker pole,stainless steel swim ladder 110%Roller furling headsail w/ Sunbella ledge, Mainsail new 2018 Spinmaker, comes with all USCG safety equipment , flairs , life vests etc etc too much to list . Rigging and sails all up to date and in excellent condition she could use topcoat but I have started that already .
