1977 Ericson 27

1977 Ericson 27 sloop laying in Gulfport Municipal Marina. Owned by former boatbuilder and retired marine surveyor. Vessel has wheel steering with a separate helmsman's cockpit, a Beta Marine two-cylinder marine diesel engine and transmission installed new several years ago and with under 350 hours that has always started immediately and with no smoke; Oil recently changed, oil and fuel filters just replaced. Replacement engine instrument panel with new gauges. New aluminum fuel tank, Racor fuel filter/water separator. Fresh water tank recently flushed. Non-skid panels on deck have been repainted. Has Bimini top and dodger, Harken roller furling, main sheet traveler. Four self-tailing Lewmar winches, halyards and other sail handling lines led back to the cockpit. Fortress bow and stern anchors. Replacement interior cushions several years ago. New curtains and carpet. 6'+ interior headroom. Carry-on air conditioner installed in main hatch. Jabsco marine toilet (has fresh water flush to minimize odors and this boat has no odors!!) with Y-valve and holding tank. Kenwood cd/hd/remote stereo. Recently replaced Horizon digital depth. Standard Horizon CP190i Chart Plotter. Two group 24 maintenance 12-volt batteries. New ProMariner, ProSport HD10 automatic two bank charger. Currently insured with Progressive.
