DESCRIPTION:
1977 MORGAN OUT ISLAND 33. Location- Light House Pt., FL
We’ve owned our Morgan for 40 years and boy, have we had fun-The Bahamas, The Florida Keys, a whole lot of 3-5 day trips to relax in a secluded anchorage or just day sailing.
But time has come to sell. We are getting older and other activities occupy so many weeks that we don’t use it as often as we should. We have decided its time to turn it over to another to enjoy the fun.
During the last 40 years, we’ve maintained and improved “Diversion”. We have made it more comfortable, safer and more seaworthy. We have replaced what no longer functioned and adhered to strict maintenance, and have the records to document our efforts.
This is a very spacious vessel…probably the largest 33 footer ever built:
Below-deck, a very serviceable galley to port consists of sink, refrigerator(cooled by 12v cold plates), stove and a lot of storage. The additional Engel refrig/freezer adds to the convenience. Roomy main salon offers seating for many and the ability to stretch out. Pedestal table provides for comfortable dining. The bulkhead mounted TV with built-in DVD player can be viewed from comfortable seating. The Navigation table and main electrical panel is located to starboard. The head has a Raritan toilet as well as sink and shower. Again, lots of storage. The V-berth bed will accommodate 2 persons with plenty of room to be comfortable. Bed width is 84” and 6’+ long.
The interior headroom -6’ plus, very large main cabin, 7 opening ports and 6 cabin fans add to the comfort.
