Awesome legendary Cape Dory 30 Ketch sailboat. Very good condition ready to sail the ocean. All sails in great condition, All lines recently replaced, REPOWERED with Beta Marine diesel ( less than 1000 hrs). 2020 refit includes new: vhf ais radio/antenna/mast wiring, alternator and wiring harness, batteries, zincs, new bilge pump. 3 person DINGHY WITH 2022 MERCURY MARINE 5 HP OUTBOARD. 6 sails, incl. main, mizzen, staysail, storm trisail, spinnaker, roller furled genoa. NEW roller furling internals. NEW head and tubing. new water lines. NEW depth finder/fishfinder, 3 fenders incl., sail covers , NEW Dodger and Bimini

We sailed from Vermont to Florida in 2021 to 2022, and Titusville to Key West 2022. Trading up to larger boat.
