Very well built and spacious under 30 foot boat with a draft of 4' 4" Set up for single handing with all lines run to the cockpit. A very good sailing boat with solid decks. There is damage to a stanchion base and the outboard was stolen, but another outboard can be provided for between -1500 depending on which one is wanted, Located Charleston S.C.
