1978 CSY 44...walk over center cockpit cutter live aboard, local and ocean cruiser is in mostly good to excellent condition. Located in Virginia.

Hauled out: May-June 2022, replaced cutlass bearing, shaft and rudder-post packing, installed refurbished propeller, keel cosmetic work, FOUR coats bottom paint.
