DESCRIPTION:
Excellent condition Tollycraft 26 Sedan.
Length 26'8", Beam 10', Draft 2'10", Weight 9,000 lbs, water 40 gal, fuel 140 gal, holding tank 15 gal.
Long list of equipment: electric windlass, bow and stern thrusters, bimini, Sunbrella cockpit and bridge covers, all new Garmin navigation, hydraulic steering, auto pilot with memote, depth sounder, newer windows, teak and holly deck, Y valve and macerator, VHF and more. Excellent covered moorage with transferable slip in Port Orchard (subject to approval of marina manager).
Powered by Kodiak EFI 5.7 liter 320hp engine installed 2006. New batteries. Fresh bottom paint Oct 2023, and quarterly dive for cleaning and zinc inspection/replacement.
Light, bright interior with well appointed galley, enclosed head, V berth and dinette which drops down for 2nd berth. Catalylitic converter, microwave, 3 burner propane stove and oven.
Well mantained, all records kept. Two navigation/steering stations. Sleeps four.
Livingston 9' tender with SeaWise davits. (Note...the Livingston is shown in the photos. Stored inside on a trailer. The trailer does not go with the sale...just the Livingston.)
