DESCRIPTION:

The O'Day 37 is a mid cockpit design with an owner's cabin and head in the stern, a vberth cabin with its own head in the bow, and a main cabin that seats 6 comfortably (and can sleep 2).
I have owned and refit her for the past 9 years. I was a liveaboard for 6 years on a 44' cat so I know what I'm doing with maintaining and repairing a boat.
Almost new Yanmar 30 horse diesel with 344 hours on it, 20 gallon diesel tank. Uses about 1/3 gallon diesel per hour at 2000 rpms. Autohelm ST4000 wheel autopilot.
Dual refrigeration system with both an engine driven compressor and a 12 volt driven compressor that will freeze it down to -10. Three burner propane stove, microwave, Force 10 BBQ with separate propane tank.
Each head has a vacuum flush toilet that uses a tiny amount of fresh water, keeping the boat smelling clean.
800 watts of solar panels, a Superwind wind generator, 80 amp alternator, and 410 amp hours of batteries in addition to the starter battery, 2000 watt inverter, 60 amp charger for shore power.

45 lb Danforth primary anchor 60 ft of 3/8 in chain road and 100 ft of 5/8 in rope, fortress style secondary anchor and stern anchors. Genoa, main, and spinnaker. Both the genoa and main were professionally repaired in the last 2 years.
C120 chart plotter with charts for the east coast and bahamas, integrated radar and sonar display, Raytheon radar mounted on stern pole instead of on the mast so it will survive lightning strikes. Forward looking fish finder sonar. 240 gallon freshwater tanks set up with shut offs and a coupler so you can use one tank at a time and know when you're half empty. 20 gallon holding tank with macerator pump out.
Hauled out in Feb25, replaced the propeller, stuffing box, and coupler to the Yanmar, one barrier coat epoxy and two coats of bottom paint.
15 ft Mercury dinghy with an almost new 6 horsepower four-stroke Mercury, and a refurbished 15 horse Mercury 2-stroke. Two and a half gallon gas tank that fits both of them. Dinghy davits.
Three freshwater, two diesel, one gas spare 5 gallon jerry cans.
Two SUPs. Two deep sea fishing poles and tackle, 2 Hawaiian slings.Mount for a 32-in tv, however our LCD TV just quit.
Complete turnkey with huge assortment of hand and power tools, repair materials, spare parts, everything you need to repair anything offshore. Full gallery kit, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, all that jazz. Two full sets of bedding for each birth. Basically all you have to do is bring provisions and set sail, we've been living on her for the past 2 months.
Comes with a FREE MOORING that I put down at Key Largo, nestled in the mangroves just off the ICW near Gilbert's Resort, so you have a free place to keep her.
You could buy this sweet boat and live on her for free in the expensive Keys.
We are selling her because we're moving on to an ocean going catamaran in Europe.
