1980 36' Union Polaris cutter (Robert Perry)

Kikaua is a very well kept Union 36 sailboat built in 1980 at the Union Yacht Co. in Taiwan. Originally designed by Robert Perry as the Hans Christian 34, He latter stretched the design and created the Hans Christian 36, Union Polaris, Mariner Polaris and the Union 36.

Mast and rigging installed by Northwest rigging. Chain plates inspected and are in good condition.

The interior is all newly painted and all the cushions and upholstery
V-berth is 6'3"' long and 80" wide. Standing head room is 6'3".
Create replaced 2015 Yanmar 27 engine and fuel tank installed. There is room to add more tanks.

Deck and cabin top painted with 2 part epoxy paint, non skid Kiwi Grip
The hull was taken down to gelcoat and 4 coats of barrier paint was applied.
Pull out and new bottom pain recommended, but then you know everything about the hull
