A very solid Classic Bluewater Cruiser, bright and spacious interior and priced for sale! Live your sailing dreams with this well-equipped long range cruiser

The DOWNEASTER 38 is a full keel with a keel hung rudder, very strong and robust design, which makes for a comfortable and safe cruising yacht. It is very comfortable to sail in big seas and cruise for days on end as well as spacious enough to host a large crew for harbor sailing. 6’3” to 7’ Head room inside!

She has a 160 hour 37 HP Universal diesel engine with an approx. range of 730 miles. Her interior offers a forward cabin which sports a double berth, separate Head access and extra storage lockers. The Salon features a large fold up table with settees port and starboard with a double berth created when the back of the port settee is swung upwards. The galley has a double sink near the centerline, two large ice chests, gimbaled stove and opposite is a fixed chart table and a quarter berth.
If you are considering living aboard and/or long distance voyaging under sail, this boat is a must see! She is capable and stable.

2. Take Exit 1D for Anaheim Street West.

5. At the First Traffic light (Just before the overhead railroad bridge) turn Right to stay on North Henry Ford Ave. (Oil field on your right hand side) travel .6 miles to stop sign.
6. Turn Right onto Anchorage Rd. (Marinas will be on your left hand side) Travel .5 miles
7. Drive straight into Newmarks Yacht Centre parking lot.
