Cheoy Lee 1981 51.7 ft ketch with a large enclosed wheel house. GPS autopilot Fathometer new horns and compressor , rebuilt steering rams for the autopilot.
A large salon and galley with electric stove and refrigerator, microwave, combined clothes washer and dryer. Two heads with showers, one in the CPT quarters, and one forward. Both have new electric toilets. Two staterooms and a large V birth ( unfinished ). New hurricane chinook hydronic diesel heater with thermostats and fans throughout boat (50,000BTU). 600gal fresh water, 1,200 gal fuel capacity. Two Ford Lehman engines 120 hp each . Heat exchangers on both have been serviced and new sea pumps on both also.w Owens generators that all run good. Refurbished windlass, two anchors off the bow, a kedge and plow. Mizzen sail is new, mainsail needs sliders roller furling is ok. 10 ft APEX inflatable with 9hp motor.

This boat has awesome potential for a comfortable live aboard or sailing to the Islands. The boat does need some TLC.
