This Freshwater kept, 38ft Carlcraft Houseboat (Gibson Hull type fiberglass) oneV8 gas volvo penta 290d engine 305 chevy that Runs well. Has newer shift and throttle cables, new hydraulic steering, new COLD mini split Air Conditioner, and original ole roof shaker air cond, plus forced air 12v diesel heat, 13in wood fire stove, electric flush bidet toilet separate shower stall. one queen size bed, below decks has had 2 twin mattresses, but is now empty storage. Solar panels, lithium batteries, 3k psw inverter, fridge. Insurance and an Old Survey in hand says 25k value. Has been lived in off grid at the springs past five years. very cozy in winter, cool in summer. Turn key drive it away. Fully functional solar off grid tiny home house boat apartment. this dock is pft.
FYI Yes it's fully ready to go. I take it out 74miles most sunny weekends to the springs and back. She's smooth running and reliable, i don't even have a dingy anymore. Hurricanes on the river are wind storms, surge is not a problem till later. I've been onboard for 5 hurricanes no problems a small towel couldn't fix. Winters are beautiful and the best time to live out there. Go For It !
Needs some work... fix reverse hold down mech., is currently at marina being worked on, lived on. come see it soon.
