DESCRIPTION:

Morgan 321 Sailboat, 1981
If posted, she's available. Serious buyers only please.
Docked in Key Largo, Florida
Includes 8'6" patched Achilles dingy, with rebuilt Mercury 6hp motor!

Excellent condition, meticulously maintained, and turnkey ready for extended time away from the dock or for use as a perfect live-a-board.

I love her, and spent a year-and-a-half decking her out, but I sadly need to sell her because I'm constantly traveling for work on cruise ships, and will be gone all of 2026, so have no time to enjoy her.

She was extremely well cared for by the previous owners, which is why I purchased her, and was docked behind their very nice home. I've been obsessive about keeping her up since purchasing her in June, 2024. I'm happy to provide the survey I had done at the time, which was perfect; the surveyors called her, "The nicest boat from that era we've seen!"

Some specs, to the best of my knowledge:
32'1" long and a 11'6" beam with plenty of storage and 6'4" headroom in the cabin. Only 4 foot draft, so perfect for Florida and the Caribbean.
Sleeps 6
Coast Guard registered
cabin fans
LED lighting
large, easy engine access
4 opening ports and 2 hatches
Sink in galley and head; shower in head
3 blade propeller
2 electric bilge pumps, one manual
Only 810 hours on her 2008 Yanmar freshwater cooled 3ym30 diesel engine, which has been meticulously maintained and runs like a charm.

The boat is set up with a professionally-installed solar array with Lifepo4 lithium batteries with 360 amp hours, 2 solar panels, an inverter and a 140 amp alternator which allows extended time at sea, or anchor without the need for shore power. Or connect shore power while in a slip, though I've never needed it!

Below are some but not all of what I and the previous owners put into the boat:
2018: New backstay and forestay chain plates.
New Edson pedestal, chain and wire steering cables, clutch and throttle cables.
Compass and guard.
Engine shaft reconditioned.
2020: Freshwater pump and head shower installed.
New Raymarine autopilot head unit.
Galvanic isolator.
2021: New Groco hf series toilet.
2022: New exhaust elbow, joint and manifold assembly on the Yanmar engine.
2023: Aluminum 27 gallon fuel tank was cleaned and fuel polished.
New Yanmar fresh and saltwater pumps replaced.
Bottom painted (no blisters) and hull waxed.
New zinc anode.
Stuffing box repacked.
New Yanmar filters.
2024: New mainsail cover.
New backup starter battery.

She's also equipped with:
Winch (see pics)-perfect for lifting the dinghy, etc.
Swim ladder
Two biminis (one is stored)
Garmin 740s GPS chart plotter and depth finder
Raymarine autopilot
Compass
Standard Horizon GPS VHF radio with distress button
JBL stereo with cabin and cockpit speakers
30 amp shore power
Spare AGM backup starting battery
Isotherm refrigerator/freezer
Domestic alcohol stove (never used)
Enclosed head and shower
2 anchors on a custom made stainless pulpit
Second fresh water bladder, so 47 gallons fresh water total
Tons of spare parts, etc.

Sails are good to excellent:
Mainsail 2015, fully battened
150 headsail Good condition
100 headsail Extra-never used
Harken roller furling

Also includes a 8'6" patched Achilles dingy, with Mercury 6hp motor that I just spent over $1k completely rebuilding.
Too many spare parts and extras to list. I got her all ready to sail away, before accepting more work contracts.
Thanks for your interest!
