DESCRIPTION:
For sale Pearson 365 needs some updates and tlc. Useable as is. Perfect boat for Bahamas. 150 gal of water, engine driven refrigeration, Vhf, Garmin chart plotter,4.5' draft, windlass, hot water from engine , shower, Raymarine 4000+ autopilot, velvet drive trany. West marine dingy, west marine barbeque, old mercury 2.5 hp. Outboard.
Rigged as a sloop, was a ketch. Can be seen docked at Port Labelle Marina. Dock may be transferable, up to management. Documented, insurance survey available. Had the boat for 20 years( second owner), good off shore boat made one trip to Rio Dolce. selling because getting too old for the cruising life. Have video of engine running send email as boatexportusa won't upload video .
Needs bottom paint. Going from freshwater to saltwater and back, each year has keep the bottom clean. Lots of tiny paint blisters on bottom, see picture .
At the boat till 3/4/25 , can demo engine, answer questions etc.
