1981 Vagabond 42ft cutter rigged ketch project boat

We have owned this boat and lived on it all winters for 15 years. It has had damage from Ian main mast broke, it can be repaired, mizzen is not damaged but it was taken off. We are not able to do this financially and we are getting too old to manage boat. Boat has clean hull record,. This is very comfortable live aboard, Three cabins, two heads, salon and galley.
