Boat is in excellent shape for a 1982 and offers the smooth sailing and spacious interiors that Catalinas are known for. The vessel was brought down to FL a few years ago after previously being on the hard for 5+ years in the northeast. Standard keel, 5ft draft. Fully off-grid compatible with 600W solar arch and lithium battery set up. Very comfortable pier-side with power, freshwater, and cable hookups, and a cozy comfortable renovated interior. Interior has been repainted, new laminate flooring, new cushions, new electrical wiring as of 2021, new cabin fans, updated galley sink, new freshwater pump and plumbing. Lots of interior compartment storage due to removal of the fuel and blackwater tanks with the electric engine and composting head install. Bilge has been repainted and offers easy access to engine, AC, and strainer for simplified maintenance. New Dyneema lifelines. Would recommend to redo standing rigging- it is to my knowledge that it is approaching 10 years since being last redone. Please contact to set up a showing.
