1983 28 ft Bertram

28 ft Bertram with twin volvo tamd 41a diesels. One newly rebuilt but not getting over 1800 rpm’s. Thinking it’s a fuel problem but haven’t had time to confirm. The other engine runs fine. Has twin disc transmissions. The generator doesn’t work. Has ac and how water. Looking to swap for an inshore boat, camper, tractor or possibly a truck. Send me what you got worse I can say is no.
