This is an extra nice boat maintained by owner who is a marine engineer. He bought a larger boat and moved to Florida.

Main Sail: condition – Good
Spare Main Sail: condition – Good
Head Sail: condition – good
Spare Head Sail: condition – Good
Spinnaker: condition – unknown (I never used it)
Sheets and halyards are not the prettiest but they are functional with some conditioning
The Interior is clean and comfortable
Interior bright work has been maintained
The head has a stand up shower
What needs attention >
The engine needs some but not considerable work - The engine needs a new fuel hose. The engine has not been started since I changed the oil before moving in April of 2023
The forward most hatch above the V-Berth needs a new seal
The top side there are no stress fractures I am aware of.
There are a couple of soft spots but not major.
Missing V-berth cushions
