My Defever 41 is located on Orcas Island. If you would like to see it, you can take the ferry as a passenger - no reservation needed - and I will handle transportation on this end.
I've owned Sea Mist since 2004. During that time, I've gone as far as Glacier Bay in SE Alaska. The boat was originally from the Puget Sound area, but the previous owner, an Alaskan man, took it down to San Diego for a few years, then to San Carlos in the Sea of Cortes where I bought it. I had it transported to the PNW via Dockwise yacht transport.
The Defever trawlers are at the high end of finishings, similar to Grand Banks. You can see the detail in the solid teak paneling and teak overhead grid with grab rails.
Take a look at the pictures in the link. Let me know if you have specific questions or pictures of something I may not have thought to include. And feel free to call me. The reason I am selling the boat is that my wife can no longer get up to the side entrance. We have an opportunity to buy a boat with a walk through swim step arrangement which will work better for her. So I am motivated. I've lowered the price from k to k and now to k.
