FULL DESCRIPTION

1984 Yukon House Boat "PROJECT"

All fiberglass, not a corrugated cabin shell

Factory Outboard setup, rated at 250 hp (no motor)

Has Hydraulic steering lines and Yamaha/Honda main wiring for outboard.

Interior was gutted and walls along with ceiling has been covered

with sheathing but needs finishing so this is considered a “PROJECT” boat

No dry rot at all.

I was told that this was the Prototype boat for future Yukon Houseboats

I can provide name and number of a very knowledgeable Yukon historian

Custom trailer with excellent tires.

Current Boat Registration, Trailer is on non-op and boat both has clear title in my name.

This has been stored in my barn for pass 20 yrs and just pulled out this morning but at 77 yrs old, I won’t be able to finish rehabbing it.
