Looking for someone to be a half partner in a Catalina 36 berthed at the Gulfport City Marina, Florida. The boat, built in 1984, has been very well maintained and is in great condition. During the past year, the following items have been replaced: all new stainless steel rigging, new main and genoa sails, new bimini and cockpit seat cushions, new GPS, the deck and cockpit have been newly painted, new paint on bottom, new air conditioner, all windows have been removed and resealed in new rubber moldings, all hatches have been resealed, an extra back up bilge pump has been added, and two new heavy duty marine batteries have been installed. The boat comes with a roller reefing genoa and a 30 HP Yanmar diesel engine. All halyards, main and jib sheets lead into the cockpit. It has a very efficient and powerful electric autopilot which makes sailing a much more pleasurable experience. Your monthly cost of about includes slip, electric, insurance and towing.
