1985 21 foot Chaparral with trailer

Up for sale is a 21 foot Chaparral built in 1985 with a 230 hp MerCruiser, V8 engine and MerCruiser alpha one outdrive. This would be a good entry-level boat for someone on a budget. She has great potential to be improved or restored, but is not perfect presently. Her cabin is in good condition and her engine sounds good but we did notice that her universal joints or gimbal bearing are making some noise. I put about two hours of runtime on her and other than that she seems fine. I sanded and buffed out a part of her hull to show that she would clean up quite well with some effort. Our interior shows wear but this might be a great boat for someone on a budget that just wants to get out on the water that is not too concerned about her looks. She has a tandem axle trailer with good tires that fits her well. All of her installed accessories, plus a newer Bluetooth stereo, VHF Marine radio, and automatic bilge pump work. Her cockpit shows wear and was recently decorated with some new carpeting.
