Relatively new bed covers and additional roll of fabric for future repairs or replacements, some spare parts.
2 VHF Radios, Microwave, Life vests, 4 custom made cockpit cushions.

Main sail cover
Galley equipment.
Range and oven.

New Battery.
Most important, the engine has been replaced by a NEW model version 30HP YANMAR with less than 300 Hours on the clock.
The NEW ENGINE alone has a value of plus tax, plus labor to replaced and the cost of additional parts related to the replacement.
The engine has been recently serviced and is running well.
