1986 Cornish Shrimper 19

A fun boat for day sailing, overnight exploration for experienced or new sailors. There are few of these special boats available in the US. This boat, hull number 198, it was built in 1986, has been thoroughly refurbished by the present owner. Very good condition. Work completed by professional boat yard. One of the few Shrimper 19’s in the US. Popular boat in England that is still being built.
Equipment: New tan sails (first used 2023). New running rigging and single line reefing 2022. New Mercury outboard 2022. Refinished mast and spars with Sikkens 2023. Anchor with chain and rode. Life jackets, fenders, docking lines, Porta potty (never used).
Repair and refurbishment includes: Keel: grind and bevel edges, epoxy coat, replace pivot pin, replace wire for keel retraction, rework keel pulley. Ballast: remove and replace port side ballast with lead ballast, reseal ballast in fiberglass resin. Remove wood bumper, rebed deck to hull bolts and seal. Remove and repair bow mooring C bolt. Complete invoices for work completed are available for inspection. This boat is in good condition having been substantially restored in 2022. Also includes a 2020 EZ Loader four-wheel trailer.
