DESCRIPTION:
Comfy 38'6" cutter fit for cruising, located in poulsbo.
Reduced price due to recent engine issue. I'm a sailor so I haven't cared to fix it.
The engine runs but has an oil leak that likely requires the engine hauled out to replace the main seals and rocker cover. for the kit - probably up to a -4000 fix to pay someone to do it.
Spacious kitchen complete with gimbaled propane stove and oven as well as an icebox that runs off shore or house power. Also a two bay sink with pressurized water and foot pumps.
Head is a raw water with holding tank system. Pressure water to head for sink and shower. On demand propane and Hurricane diesel heating system for hot showers and cabin heat by cycling hot water through radiators around the boat. Can also be used to warm engine for easy starts. There is also a dickenson propane heater.
One aft cabin, one quarter berth, and the forward dining area can be made into one big bed or two smaller berths.
Roller furling jib and hank on staysail cutter. One main. Several new spinnakers and foresails all with receipts(~ in sails). Hauled out two years ago and painted below, two coats still keeping it clean.
A custom glassed in swim step with dive ladder and diving tank holders. Comes out to around 39 ft.
