1987 Regal Commodore 360 XL Fiberglass Express Cruiser - 36 FT111048

This boat has potential. It’s been sitting on the hard for three years. Needs a good cleaning and some polishing. The seats and gauges are still in good shape. Inside, it feels big and open. A quick clean and it’s ready. The engine runs well. It has been maintained properly.
The boat has basic navigational gear: compass, FM radio, fuel gauge, and radio. Mechanical parts like the bilge pump, blower, and bottom paint are in place. The engine is at the back. Fuel tank is also at the rear. Impellers, lower unit, and propeller shafts are all in excellent shape. Hydraulic steering and trim indicator work fine.
Electrical system includes two batteries, a charger, courtesy and docking lights, an engine kill switch, fuse panel, hour meter, speakers, and water heater.
The interior has air conditioning and heat. Four berths, good carpet, and countertops. There’s a shower, stereo, stove with oven, table, and a TV. Upholstery is in excellent condition. Also, a V berth for sleeping.
