DESCRIPTION:
LOA: 25'9" plus davits / Beam: 9’3” / Draft: 4’11” / Fin Keel / Mast Height 36’ / Tankage: 18g water, 13g holding, 15g diesel
Standing headroom of 5’11” in the main cabin. Sleeping accommodations include a double forward v-berth, 2 midships settee berths, including the optional starboard settee that converts to a double, and an aft quarter berth to starboard. The galley features an ice box, 2 burner Origo alcohol stove, a freshwater sink, and storage both above and below. A bulkhead-mounted table seats 4. The private head includes a new Raritan pump, new hoses and a new 13 gallon holding tank.
The 325 sq ft sail plan includes a Harken ESP furler, Mack Sails 150% genoa in 5.77 Premium Dacron, with a Sunbrella cover and foam luff. The mainsail was recently upgraded with a refurbished mid-2000s sail and custom Sunbrella cover. All lines are led to the cockpit for ease and safety. A spare jib and main sail are both in good condition and included as backups.
Auxiliary power is provided by a Universal M-12 10hp diesel inboard, serviced and properly maintained with recent internal zincs, oil and filter changes, belts, etc. New in 2021 are a freshwater pump, mixing elbow, heat exchanger and muffler.
Shorepower system with a dedicated panel, battery charging system, 4 GCFI outlets, new batteries. The electronics aboard include a Garmin 540D Chart Plotter updated with a Bluechart G3 chip, VHF, stereo, and bulkhead mounted Suunto compass.
The deck features an oversized Sunbrella bimini, a large port lazarette, Lewmar winches and hatches, new life lines. Atkins & Hoyle 1400 davits (250 lb capacity) dinghy transport.
Her current slip in the desirable Safeharbor Harbortown Marina (Fort Pierce, FL) is transferrable to the new owners if needed. Harbortown slip fees include power, water, cable, wifi, and access to the marina’s pool, picnic pavilion, private locker rooms, showers and gym.
