1989 38’ Holiday Mansion Houseboat

This live aboard Holiday Mansion features all the comforts. There is a full refrig with freezer, propane stove, microwave, sink and Queen futon in the salon. There are multiple decks, there is both a large front and aft deck with a spacious upstairs area.

Down below there is a bedroom cabin and bathroom with shower/tub. There is also air conditioning.

This cruiser bears the name of Sweet Tea. It’s adventures include a trip from Lake Champlain down the Hudson River, through New York Harbor, along the inter coastal waterway, and ending in Bluewater Bay, Florida. We purchased Sweet Tea and it has resided at Fort Walton Yacht Club for the past 8 years. We are retiring from boating so Sweet Tea is ready for new owners and new adventures. There are many opportunities including use as an Airbnb or a floating apartment or guest house as well as boating!

The engines are original 350 Chevy engines with Volvo Penta out drives. As a classic, it will require some maintenance, replacements and repairs. It is being sold “As Is.”

Holiday Mansion is a well known houseboat manufacturer with the Barracuda model being particular popular. This houseboat is known for it’s tri-hull, wide beam and shallow draft, making it suit for overnight cruising.
