This is a perfect boat for live aboard or for mechanically savvy person to fix what is wrong and flip for a nice profit.
I have 2 boats and want this one gone, just don't have the time and patience for this boat right now. MAKE REASONABLE OFFER!
The good:
Classic Searay, Documented. Twin 454 Gas, Onan Generator works great, Dual AC (ice cold).
Starboard engine with 5 hours (crate motor installed 4 years ago), Port motor rebuild with about 50 hours.
Solid hull and deck, no soft spots,
Ice cold forward and aft AC
Bottom paint 3 years ago still in pretty good shape according to divers.
Central Vacuum system
Coffee maker
Redone rear cockpit seat ()
New fridge/freezer inside (2 years)
New bilge pumps (2) (2 years)
New custom mattress (2 years)
New AC intake pump (1 year)
New shower sump (2 years)
New 4 Batteries (August 2024) ()
New VHF Radio (2 years)
Windless
Furuno Navnet GPS/Fishfinder older but works fine.
Please note this boat needs work, its 32 years old.....
What is needed:
*Both engines were fired up 2 months ago but need new carburators and fuel pump installed. (have them new in box)
*Dashboard woodwork is rotted underneath and needs replacement, as well as both fuse/control switch panels.
*Last August mechanic has put in all new filters, spark plugs, 4 batteries. (spent over ) have a copy of receipts).
Great liveaboard boat, have been for last 5 years. Comfortably sleeps 4 (can stretch to 6 if you pull out couch)
Slip costs all in, including water, electricity, high speed internet, Yacht Club amenities: heated pool with nice bar/restaurant, jacuzzi, well appointed gym, laundry room. Slip is transferable.
