1993 Bayliner Ciera 25’

I’m in the process of converting this from I/O to outboards. Currently the mercruiser 5.7 motor is pulled (has two bad cylinders) and bravo 2 outdrive is off. Transom is glassed and ready for offshore bracket (included, not installed yet) and outboard(s). Also, Awesome custom aluminum trailer w/electric brakes worth $5k alone. Electronics older, but work and worth something. 10” standard marine plotter/finder, vhf, autopilot, interior appliances.
