1993 SUNTRACKER 30ft PARTY HUT PONTOON BOAT

This boat has a full overhead canvas up forward on the bow and another full canvas over the stern to cover the bed area.
A propane and/or 12V refrigerator; Sink; Head/changing area; Double bed area in rear; Separate propane for a BBQ on the bow.
Two (2) propane tanks.

I originally bought it to move it to TN but decided to sell it here in Cali first as I bought another boat in TN already.

The boat is fully self contained as a 'live-aboard' if wanted.
I put in NEW:
*carpeting throughout
*wooden cabinets in kitchen
*metal racks (threw out the old ones)
*floor cabinet w/counter top
*winch strap
*tie-downs for rear to trailer
*tail lights
*all old s/s nuts/bolts/screws etc.

INCLUDES the dual axle trailer.
