1995 17’ Boston Whaler for sale. Dauntless dual console.
2017 115hp Evinrude E-TEC. Engine is newer and has a Full WARRANTY until 3/2027. (2 Years)
Coastguard rated 7 people and a 150hp engine.
Cheapest 17’ Boston Whaler Dauntless (1996) I found for sale right now is . With a 2017 100hp engine NO warranty! (Boat Trader)
I thought I could put in water with ease, but I had a stroke and open heart surgery just prior to buying it. Not easy for me.
Besides spending k on boat, I had a dual battery installed, new steering wheel, and a Bluetooth stereo installed and a new captains seat, new Bimini top.
I then had new (not repaired) tilt and trim motor put in it (Warranty). And had the engine fully checked, I had new steering cables installed . I have a receipt detailing all the work on 5/01/24. That Cost me over . I used it ONCE since then.
I have lots of extras included. New life jackets, oar, new tires on trailer, Lowrance Elite Sonar/GPS, emergency kit, Gallons of injector oil, and I rigged it out with fishing pole holders. (Even have extra) . It has a newer metal 39 gallon gas tank. Orion flare gun and hand-held flares + lots more.
k is a great price for a Boston Whaler with a engine that has 2 years left on warranty. I will entertain offers. I had for less than a year, invested an extra and did all the work to get it perfect and safe. It’s been sitting in an outdoor storage area in my community, so needs a little cleaning up. But I’m sure it will start right up. (I cleaned it up a bit, and as stated, motor started 2nd try. )
