DESCRIPTION:

We’re putting Sundance, our 1996 Catalina 400 Mk I, up for sale. She’s in St. Petersburg, Florida, and we’re asking . She points well, has a North Sails mainsail and genoa installed in 2022, and had a bottom job in 2024. Sundance has a comfortable cockpit with dual helms, and the spacious aft cabin is one of her best features. There are two staterooms and two heads, with plenty of room for guests. We’ve put a lot into her maintenance and updates. Highlights include 570W of solar and a new propane system. Her engine has approximately 900 hours as of September 2026. She’s very clean and ready to go, and service records are available. The price also includes her Achilles tender and ePropulsion electric outboard, battery, and fast charger. We’ve put more photos, interior and exterior video tours, equipment details, upgrades, service history, and a downloadable spec sheet on her website so you can have a proper look around: https://sundance-catalina-400.alanlnelson.chatgpt.site/ I’m happy to answer questions about her. If you’re nearby, we can arrange a viewing; if you’re farther away, I’m happy to do a live video tour. She’s a great boat, and we know someone will love her as much as we have.
