1997 Catamaran Cruiser Lil H with a 50hp 2018 Tohatsu Outboard in Key West FL. Motor runs great. Steering cable is a little stiff. Very quiet. Bottom paint is good. No trailer. Free anchorage with large anchors. Has 4G solar powered security camera with alarm and alerts and night vision and the ability to look around 360! Next year it will be an antique vessel and the annual registration will be a flat .
Comes with a Kayak for access from shore.
Great lil apartment in Key West where rent and hotels are very expensive. Cheap flights on Allegiant as well.
