1998 Great loop boat or Condo on water

Very rare Aft cabin flybridge, 1998 Cruiser Yacht 40ft, with Volvo Turbo diesels. Located just south of Melbourne Florida.
Fantastic looper boat or liveboard two staterooms two heads turbo Volvo diesels crank right up this was our home for 7 years.
Approximately 1,300 hours on the main engines. With a little work she'll be a great boat for the loop. Will need some repairs, that's why the low price. She will need about 10K in repairs I caught a dock line and wrapped around the prop. Now it needs a new shaft and repair the strut on the port side. After repairs I'll be listing it for close to 90 k
