Vela, a 1998 Hake Seaward 23 with a non-stayed cat rig and 2-foot draft is for sale in Palm Coast Florida She is easy to rig and sail and tacking only requires turning the wheel with little or no sail adjustment. Off wind sailing speed is faster than many much larger boats.
