I have a 1999 31 ft Sea Ray sundancer.
Cubby cabin it's like brand new and excellent condition.
2 Berths, Microwave, 2 top stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer, brand new 16,000 BTUs A/C and heater installed in August 2023. Brand NEW black canvas tops bought in July 2022 (picture shows old green top and now new black top), Brand new batteries, brand new inverter, new bilge pumps. New flat screen TV, microwave, electric stove, very clean inside as well.
Bottom clean in Fall 2025. Bottom getting cleaned again this past March, July, November 2026!
AC and waters lines cleaned out when diver cleaned bottom this past Fall 2025.

I use this boat as a condo on water sleeps 6, has two berths and a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and sink area. Can be a live aboard its a very cheap way to have a place on the water. Boat slip a this dock would be available for you to keep boat.
