DESCRIPTION:
We have a boat stored in a marina in Florida that we don't use, we're only down there 1-2 times a year and don't use it enough to justify the cost of storing it/etc. The boat is in the Lake Worth/Lantana/Boynton Beach area just south of West Palm Beach. It's a 1999 Parker DeepVee 23' Sport Cabin model with a newer engine.
My dad acquired the boat back in 2016 from a friend, it originally had the awful Evinrude Ficht 225 engine which constantly broke down on us. My dad got fed-up with the engine and had a brand new Suzuki 300HP engine installed ~2021 at the cost of k. We used the boat mainly for recreational purposes on the intracoastal in Palm Beach county, it's definitely more of a fishing boat but we used it for cruising, sand bars, tubing, etc. The capacity of the boat is 8-persons with a fuel capacity between 75-100 gallons from what I can remember. There are less then 400 overall hours on the hull, the original engine had less then 200 hours and the current engine is under 200 as well, the picture I have shows 80 hours but I think the hours are somewhere around 150 now but I'm over-estimating just to be sure. The new engine has all digital control and gauges, much better then the previous engine, I think the Suzuki engine does have a 5-year warranty on it so it should still be covered (but not 100% sure). It has two batteries and a perko switch, we always turn the switch off when it's dry-docked so batteries should be good.
It includes a Garmin EchoMap SV 9" Chartplotter which was installed new in 2019 along with a cheap stereo headunit & 2 speakers. The engine has less then 200 hours on it, it is much quieter and more powerful than the original Evinrude that was on it. Everything inside the boat is included, we have some extra seating, tools, ropes, anchor, tow tube & ropes, small compressor, life vests, cooler, etc.
I will add more pictures of the boat as I find them, sorry there's only a couple but most of the pictures we have are of family on the boat.
It's a walk-around model, it has a closable cuddy cabin and the rear is open with 4 raised pedestal seats. Bimini top is in good shape and folds down easily. All the engine electronics are great (since they are new) although I know the trim-tabs no longer work and there's no center light on it as it broke off. The trim tabs were useful when we had the 225hp engine on it, but with the 300hp engine it comes up to plane pretty good as long as everyone isn't sitting toward the stern.
We do have a trailer, although it's stored at a friends house in Florida about ~3 hours away, so if you do need the trailer we'll need to figure out the logistics for that. We did not register the trailer although we still have the title for it. The boat is dry-docked indoors at a local marina so there are no barnacles to worry about. It does get dirty/dusty inside the marina since we don't use it often, though it's easy to hose it off clean.
We'll be in Florida in early April, should there be a lot of interest now we'll see if we need to get a broker involved to handle the sale since we're not there all the time.

I'll try to answer all questions as best as I could prior to me getting back to Florida in early April. I'll communicate primarily through the CL email relay.
