DESCRIPTION:

After years of paying for maintenance on a boat that wasn't being used I now just want to get rid of it and stop paying for slip fees and insurance. The boat has been great when I've used it. Now it is priced below the low range for boats not as nice as this one. I just want it to go! !! NO OWNER FINANCING! MAYARI is a well found, clean, spacious 2002 Beneteau Oceanis 393. She sails and motors easily and looks good doing it. This is the two-cabin, two-head version, with a forward cabin and a private aft cabin extending beneath the cockpit. The interior is bright and open, with extensive wood joinery, a large salon and dining area, navigation station, and full galley with double stainless-steel sink, hot and cold water, stove, and oven all work well. Highlights include two private cabins, two enclosed wet heads with showers, a spacious salon, full galley, navigation station, large cockpit, swim platform, and wide side decks. Air-conditioning equipment is installed but is not operational. An emergency life raft is included but is out of certification. The standing and running rigging are older and appear suitable for continued San Francisco Bay sailing. Replacement should be planned before offshore or ocean passage-making. Known problem items include nonworking refrigeration/freezer, nonworking air conditioning, expired life raft, three hatches need repairs and new seals would help the others. She hasn't been used much the last 10 years and it is time to let her go to someone that will use and enjoy her. The motor has been serviced regularly even when the boat wasn't being used.
