DESCRIPTION:
This 30' 2002 Hunter 306 is beautiful and comes with a transferable slip at a great marina in Ozona that has a pool and a restaurant. We have outfitted this boat to-the-hilt since purchasing it in 2024, and have added or replaced equipment and systems from stem to stern, including the following, ALL brand NEW: Doyle mainsail with integral Dutchman flaking system, full dodger w/covers, Frigat refrigeration system, microwave oven, 2 AGM batteries, Newmar Energy Monitor, Lowrance GPS, Kenwood CD-Receiver with SiriusXM Marine Transceiver and hard-wired marine antenna, cockpit speakers, galley and bathroom faucets, Raritan electric toilet, main halyard, topping lift, traveler lines, sheet stowage bags, propeller, engine starter motor, fuel pump, exhaust elbow, cutlass bearing, freshwater pump, Bruce anchor, 25+’ chain and 100+’ anchor rode, fresh bottom paint. Also included: Cruisair carry-on A/C, Mercury inflatable dinghy, and spinnaker sail. The wing keel draws only 3.5 feet and she’s easy to sail. This boat has been well-maintained and is in very good condition. The dependable Yanmar engine sips diesel, runs great, and has only 1,565 hours. There are forward and aft cabins, a large salon, full galley and full head. Can sleep 6. This is the complete ready to sail away package! Or, just get away to the marina for the weekend and enjoy relaxing at the pool and sports bar while staying aboard your yacht. After having made this boat almost perfect for day sailing and extended cruising, we have come to the sad realization that the formerly 90-minute, and now 2-hour trek, from our home in Crystal River to our sailboat in Palm Harbor has become too much and we’re just not using the boat as much we should; so we’re reluctantly putting it up-for-sale. Serious inquires only please. If you are reading this, it's still available.
