DESCRIPTION:

Sails great with only two people and has a fully battened mainsail with two reefs and a furling 135 Genoa, a great combination for our local waters (2022). A slick track and stack pack make lowering the sail a turn to the wind. and the 4.5 ft draft makes it great for the shallows (South of Sebastian Inlet) and gives you many options for such a roomy boat. The new (2022) canvas for the dodger, bridge, and bimini are custom built with hard dodger windows with a zip out center for the breeze. Big Fridge/freezer. Hot and cold water at the swim deck, really nice ladder. Topside is all stainless - no teak to deal with.

Comfortably sleeps four (4) as there are two staterooms and convertible seating in the main area adds a few more for those long races.

Full suite of just restored (2026) wind instruments and a Raytheon A9 Plotter w/GPS, Wireless remote Autopilot/Steering, Radio with remote mike. Engine (M35B) has less than 800 hours! Full Galley (propane gimballed oven/range), a full head with electric freshwater toilet and separate shower. 6'9" headroom fits almost everyone comfortably. Comes with tons of extras.
She needs a Genset engine repair (less than 10 hours on it!) and new bottom paint.

Circumstances changed and she needs to go to someone who will love her as much as we did.

Located at Melbourne Yacht Club.
