28’ Catalina MKII
Head sail got damaged from wind.
Fuel needs polishing.

Engine: Universal Model M25XPBC, three cylinder, 61.20 cubic inch displacement, marine diesel.
STANDING RIGGING Headstay with a Schaefer 750 roller furling system,
1/4" backstay with 3/16' split legs, two 1/4" upper
shrouds, two 3/16" intermediate and four 3/16" lower
shrouds all constructed of 1x19 stainless steel wire
rope with primarily swage type terminal ends.
RUNNING RIGGING Garhauer main sheet traveler system, all rope halyards, adjustable boom strut and braided line of an appropriate size on other applications. Most sail handling lines lead to the cockpit.
WINCHES By Lewmar are two #16CST's winch on the cabin top forward in the cockpit and a pair of #30CST's on the cockpit coamings.

INTERIOR Forward cabin has V-berth with bin storage and
water tank below, privacy doors aft.
Main cabin has settee to starboard with shelves and
bin storage outboard, settee to port with storage
outboard, electrical panel and top loading insulated
box. Pedestal table between settees. Engine box
and companionway ladder central aft.
Galley aft to starboard in main cabin has a stainless
steel sink with pressure hot/cold water and a
Hillerange two burner stainless steel propane stove
with oven. Aluminum propane tank (manufactured
05/04) is stored in a dedicated locker in the cockpit.
System is fitted with a pressure regulator, gauge and
12 volt safety solenoid.
Enclosed head compartment to port has lockers,
counter top mounted wash basin, shower wand and a
Wilcox manual marine toilet discharging to a plastic
holding tank. Tank evacuated dockside or overboard
with a macerator pump.
Aft berth to starboard extends below the cockpit and
has entry and locker starboard forward; oversized
berth aft with seacocks, shaft packing gland and other
mechanical components below, provision for privacy
curtain forward.
Interior finish is primarily with gelcoated surfaces of
the FRP pan/liner component and FRP headliner,
teak veneers on plywood bulkheads and built in
furniture trimmed with hardwoods, Formica surfaces
and painted surfaces, gelcoated fiberglass pan/liner
cabin sole. Blinds, cushions, 12 volt light fixtures and
110 volt receptacles are found, where appropriate, throughout.
Bottom cleaning professionally done monthly but Boat is due for bottom job.
