FULL DESCRIPTION

Selling our Sun Tracker pontoon boat. I’m the 3rd owner. I’d call this boat a “mini house boat”. It has a galley with a stove and sink and a bathroom (head)/changing room with a cassette toilet. It could sleep 4-5 comfortably or 8 if everyone shares a bed. The front bench seats fold out into beds, as does the dinette. You can also throw an air mattress or cot up top on the roof for additional sleeping space. It has a new mercrusier 3.0L 135hp i/o motor as of three years ago. Operationally and structurally the boat is in great shape. The pontoons are solid as is the aluminum deck. It’s a regency model which comes with an aluminum deck vs plywood. It will last forever. The back canvas is in good shape. Two additional options the boat came with are a pull out ramp up front to make getting ashore a breeze and a rail mounted bbq. This spring I rebuilt the cabin walls. The original walls were cheaply made. Nearly all these boats of this age have rotted walls and delaminating panels. I replaced the walls, installed a new kitchen, refinished and sealed the roof and replaced the carpet up top. There is general aging with the carpet and vinyl decals etc. These boats are hard to come by on the west coast. New ones are insanely expensive. The capacity is 14 people. We’ve had a lot of family fun including overnight camping trips, fishing trips, and relaxing lake days. It’s a great boat for the Sacramento River as well. The boat is currently moored at a Alamar marina on the Sacramento River, ready to go. The dock space can be transferred with the boat. Lastly the trailer is in good shape with brand new tires.
