2011 34' Racing Catamaran - Rocket 88

Own a legend! Rocket 88 is a custom D-class catamaran that has been improved substantially over the years. Still the current holder of several local course records in the SF Bay area including the very competitive 3 Bridge Fiasco (and two time overall winner) and the fastest speed in the 68 mile Delta Ditch Run.

Rocket 88 is 34' long x 18' wide, weighing approximately 1700lbs.

Built of fiberglass over Airex core, it has been improved and reinforced with Kevlar and Carbon. Major upgrade in 2011 included paint, new sails, new trampoline, new galvanized trailer, and a central spine affording reduced hull compression and effective jib stay tension.

Rocket 88 is best sailed with a crew of three, and is a blast to sail even in stronger wind conditions.

Custom built galvanized trailer in excellent condition allows easy assembly (including safe mast-stepping with a-frame) and boat ramp launching. Ready to sail.
