Well maintain and excellent condition. No additional investment will be required. Named boat of the year by Voile Magazine. Very complete equipment and luxury finish. Located dockside at Plattsburgh Marina. Two-cabin version. Yanmar 3YM30 engine, 450 hours. Invert. Battery changed in 2022 (all AGM). Good quality SIMRAD electronic equipment including autopilot, GPS and nautical chart plotter, anemometer, 2 solar panels. Mainsail and Genoa 2019. Genoa furler, fittings for spinnaker. North Sail sails in very good condition. Bimini, Dodger, Side panels (removable). Cockpit table for 4-6 people. Cockpit shower with hot and cold water. Interior with beige cushions. Bathroom with shower. Winter canvas for the cockpit. Cradle for storage. This sailboat sailed only in fresh water in Lake Champlain, USA. Never chartered.
