DESCRIPTION:
The Monterey 295 Sport Yacht was configured as an Express Cruiser, with single Volvo Penta 380 HP inboard
gasoline engine and Volvo duo-prop outdrive. Entering the vessel from the swim platform, the entry to the
cockpit was to port, with a wet bar immediately forward and a "C" shaped seating area opposite to starboard; the
aft seat back pivots forward to create a backrest for the sun lounge built into the transom. Forward of the
seating area the helm was located t starboard with a cushioned bench seat opposite to port; the entry to the cabin
below was made via a sliding fiberglass door. The door had non skid steps that provide center line access to the
foredeck. Below deck the cabin was configured with electrical switch panels and galley to port, enclosed head
compartment to starboard and "V" shaped dining area forward. The dining table can be lowered and cushion
inserts added to create a large vee-berth, additional accommodation was located aft of the galley, under the bridge deck
