2016 Mercury Optimax w/ Grady White & Trailer

Everything is in fine condition, just looking to move in a year or two and don't plan to take the boat with me. Will probably look to use the money for some wedding bands for my wife and I.

First things first, this has a really great 2016 Mercury Optimax XL 200hp engine on it. The hull is a 20-foot 1989 Grady White Overnighter 20.

Teak wood was cleaned and oiled.
Marine wall carpet on hull interior was just redone.
Transom is freshly caulked.
Fresh coat of bottom paint on hull last year.
Brand new spark plugs and fuel/water separator filter.
Boat is well taken care of.
